Cuban VP for Council of Ministers visits Angola

Cuba’s Vice President of Council of Ministers Ricardo Cabrisas Ruiz arrived in Luanda, Angola on April 15 for the 14th session of the Angola-Cuba Intergovernmental Commission.

The event runs for three days and will look into the current Angolan debt to Cuba, as well as a the role of ANTEX, a cooperation agency. The bond between Angola and Cuba is strong as they have politico-diplomatic relations in defense, security, health, education, crude-oil and industry.

Ruiz was met at the 4 de Fevereiro International Airport by the Secretary of State for Cooperation Domingos Vieira Lopes and senior staffs of the Angolan Foreign Affairs Ministry.
