The Mining companies of Catoca, Lulo Cuango, Chitotolo, Luminas and Calonda, participated on May 14, at the 2nd Seminar on the technical regulation for the sale of rough diamonds, named Sight, in Luanda.
On that occasion, Dr. Antonieta Coelho, pre-lecturer of the activity, made an incursion of the papers reserved for SODIAM EP, ENDIAMA EP, to the independent evaluator, the criterion of standardization, classification, sample, evaluation, standard and list of reference prices and stones special.
Pelectora also addressed the role of the seller who essentially notifies the buyer seven days before the corresponding Sight of the different composition of the contract lots, the buyer has the responsibility to communicate to the seller within 24 hours after receipt, invitation whether or not to purchase in Sight corresponding to the contractual lots referred to in the obligations of the seller of Clause 3 of the contract.
