A nationwide mass registration and issuing of identity cards campaign held in seven months has allowed two million citizens to be registered with Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, an official source told Angop last Monday in Luanda.

National Public Procurement Service (SNPC) will suspend contracts with flaws in its procedures to ensure improvement and swiftness in accordance with the new Public Contracts Law, which comes into force on 23 January.
